The mood created by the piece is one the image's greatest strengths and there is a very definite dreamlike quality, which I find very appealing.
The only constructive criticism is that there is a 'dot' on the far right of the horizon (and also on the very far left) which detracts from the dream like quality as it makes it obvious to the viewer that the image originated as a real photo taken in a real place. As a result, the image is given a different context.
There is a very nice balance between the foreground and the tree, making neither more important than the other, which is wonderfully well done.
This is a very nice piece, with some great balancing of colour and mood. Very nice indeed!
